Delivery Information and Postal Costs

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. The following is an current estimate of dispatch times for our products to UK destinations (this does not include the time taken for the post office to deliver the product):

  • Photos/Prints - Normally being dispatched in approx. 3 working days. 
  • Framed Photos - Normally being dispatched in approx. 3  working days. 
  • Personalised Historic Newspapers - Normally being dispatched in 3-4 working days. 
  • Personalised Wines & Spirits - Normally being dispatched in 3-4 working days. 
  • Other Personalised Gifts - Normally being dispatched in approx 3 working days.
  • Canvas Prints - Normally being dispatched in approx 5 working days  

    Delivery to overseas destinations may take longer and may be also be subject to local postal and customs entry checks, so please allow extra time for this.

    We can deliver your order to multiple addresses or addressees, though we retain the right to refuse if we have concerns about the security of the postal delivery. Products delivered to multiple addresses or addressees will incur separate delivery charges for each one.  We will deliver to offices, normally by recorded delivery. If the order has been delivered to the office and signed for on the customer's behalf, it is the customers responsibility to collect the order from the recipient who signed for it.

    The amount we charge in postage and packing varies depending on the size and weight of our products. The amount you pay however will be clearly shown in your shopping basket.

    Delivery prices quoted are based on existing Royal Mail charges and include any additional packaging and handling fees.  Some products will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Courier and will require a signature from you on delivery.  

    Products may be despatched from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.

     

    Our Returns Policy

    You may return any item within 30 days in its original condition, unopened (with all seals and shrink wrap intact) without stating any reason, for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

    For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.  

    If goods are faulty or damaged you should contact GiftSpotter within 30 days and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund and we will reimburse you the cost of returning faulty or damaged items. GiftSpotter reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.

    Returned goods must include all accessories in the original packaging. Returns must be securely boxed and properly labelled. Incomplete returns may be subject to a charge to cover any missing items.

    Exceptions

    1. Items that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the products are damaged or faulty.

    2. All returns and re-shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged.

    3. We will refund the shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged.

    4. Trade Sales - Our standard terms and conditions apply to trade sales in most cases. The exceptions are as follows:

        * Items supplied to trade, which are not standard items as sold by
          Home of Legends Limited on www.giftspotter.co.uk are sold on a non-returnable basis
          only. This includes items which have been specifically packed,
          designed, personalised or supplied in a non-standard format at
          the request of a trade customer
        * Items supplied to trade to be used as promotional, premia, or
          other sales and marketing incentives are sold on a
          non-returnable basis only

    For all returns and refunds please contact us prior to returning any items stating the reason for the return.
