Delivery Information and Postal Costs

All orders received by 20th December will be delivered in time for Christmas

We normally despatch items in stock within 3 working days however please allow up to 7 working days from the date of the order being accepted. Some personalised products or products made to order may require a longer delivery period. You will be notified of any products that require a longer delivery period before you finalise your order.  Delivery to overseas destinations may take longer than seven working days and may be subject to local postal and customs entry checks.

If we encounter unforeseen delays to our delivery process, we will email to advise you of this and offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.

We can deliver your order to multiple addresses or addressees, though we retain the right to refuse if we have concerns about the security of the postal delivery. Products delivered to multiple addresses or addressees will incur separate delivery charges for each one.  

The amount we charge in postage and packing depends on the shape, weight and destination of the product we ship. This information is provided before you finalise your purchase.

Our current postage rates are shown below. We send all items by recorded delivery/courier and only charge one postage rate per order. The correct delivery charge depends on the type of product order will be added to your order at the shopping basket stage before you are asked to pay the due amount:

Delivery prices quoted are based on existing Royal Mail charges and include any additional handling fees.  Some products will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature from you on delivery.  

Deliveries will usually be made on Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 5.30pm. If a signature from you or the intended recipient is required and you or the recipient is not available, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. Follow the instructions on this card to rearrange delivery or to collect your products.

Products may be despatched from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Our Returns Policy

You may return any item within 30 days in its original condition, unopened (with all seals and shrink wrap intact) without stating any reason, for a refund of the price you paid for the item.

For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.  

If goods are faulty or damaged you should contact Home of Legends within 30 days and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund and we will reimburse you the cost of returning faulty or damaged items. Home of Legends reserves the right to reimbursement of the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.

Returned goods must include all accessories in the original packaging. Returns must be securely boxed and properly labelled. Incomplete returns may be subject to a charge to cover any missing items.

Exceptions

1. Items that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged unless the products are damaged or faulty.

2. All returns and re-shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged.

3. We will refund the shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged.

4. Trade Sales - Our standard terms and conditions apply to trade sales in most cases. The exceptions are as follows:

    * Items supplied to trade, which are not standard items as sold by
      Home of Legends Limited on www.homeoflegends.co.uk are sold on a non-returnable basis
      only. This includes items which have been specifically packed,
      designed, personalised or supplied in a non-standard format at
      the request of a trade customer
    * Items supplied to trade to be used as promotional, premia, or
      other sales and marketing incentives are sold on a
      non-returnable basis only

For all returns and refunds please contact us prior to returning any items stating the reason for the return
